Manufactured by Ray Products

FORMAT is a rigid-box program from Ray Products, developed to make the company’s established structures, materials and manufacturing capabilities easier for creative teams, founders and product developers to use.

Ray Products has manufactured packaging in Parsons, Kansas since 1966. FORMAT orders are produced there.

The production base of the program

The factory is not an unnamed supplier behind the FORMAT name. It is the production base of the program. Structural decisions, material approvals and manufacturing requirements remain connected to the Ray Products operation responsible for the finished box.

Modern equipment provides consistency across a production run, while experienced operators oversee wrapping, finishing, assembly and the details that machinery alone does not resolve.

FORMAT brings design expectations and domestic manufacturing into the same conversation, with a direct line from the approved specification to the factory floor.
