Five fixed formats for products that arrive on a predictable schedule: candles, jewelry, photo books and keepsakes, boutique gift retail, and bottled goods. Each format is one construction at one size, wrapped and finished to a standing specification.
Each box carries a one-color foil stamp. Wraps and foil colors are confirmed from physical samples before production.
Dimensions, minimum quantities and foil colors are confirmed at quote and published as each specification is released.

FORMAT 02 / ShoulderA small shallow two-piece box built around an inset shoulder. The shoulder sets the lid with a visible reveal and can introduce a second color.

FORMAT 05 / ClamshellA deep hinged clamshell opening flat, sized for photo books, portfolios and flat keepsakes. The connected lid keeps the presentation intact on a retail shelf or a shelf at home.

The five formats cover the most requested starting points. Any of them can be developed at a different size, wrap or finish — and for original structures or larger programs, Ray Products also builds fully custom rigid packaging.
